Remembering the Shtetl: Original works by well-known Jewish Artist Chaim Goldberg

On display in the Artists’ Space from September 23 through October 28 is Remembering the Shtetl. This collection of works by world-renowned Jewish artist Chaim Goldberg (1917-2004), who is known for his work chronicling life in Poland. This show contains 40 pieces of his work done in watercolor, lithograph and engraving. Chaim Goldberg’s work is in major collections around the world and we are honored to have some of it in our gallery.
This show will open on September 23rd and run thru October 28. On Saturday, September 23rd there will be an opening reception from 2-4pm in the gallery. On Sunday, October 22nd, from 2-4pm, Jan Trypaluk will speak about the collection and the artist.
